For small businesses and early-stage teams

Websites and apps that earn their keep

Two of us design and build the whole thing. The person who answers your first email is the one who writes the code.

  • Price: Fixed, agreed up front
  • Live in: 2 to 10 weeks
  • You talk to: The people building it

Three things we do

Each one is scoped to your project. What is listed below is what you get — not a package with the details left out.

  • Typically 2–3 weeks01 / 03

    Website design

Built around the one thing you need visitors to do — book, call, order or enquire.

    • Pages designed around a single action
    • Copy structure and page outlines
    • Mobile layouts, not resized desktop
    • Revision rounds built into the scope
    Ask what this costs
  • Typically 3–5 weeks02 / 03

    Web development

A Next.js build on managed hosting: fast pages, real SEO, and a CMS you can actually edit.

    • Next.js and TypeScript build
    • A CMS for the pages you will change
    • Bookings, payments or forms connected
    • Core Web Vitals in the green at handover
    Ask what this costs
  • Typically 6–10 weeks03 / 03

    Mobile app development

One React Native codebase for both stores, scoped down to what proves the idea.

    • iOS and Android from one codebase
    • Store submission handled for you
    • Accounts, push notifications and auth
    • Post-launch fixes included
    Ask what this costs

Why work with
a studio this small?

A small studio is only worth it if the two people are the right two. Four reasons, each with the mechanism behind it.

  1. 01 / 04

A person designs it. Tools only make us fast.

Tooling handles the boilerplate. It does not decide what your page is for, or which sentence has to go — we do, on every screen, before you see it.

    Every screen drawn by hand

  2. 02 / 04

The person who replies is the person who builds it.

No account manager relaying messages, no hand-off to a team you never meet. Answers take one message instead of three.

    No account manager

  3. 03 / 04

The price reflects the work, not our overhead.

We reuse foundations we have already built, so your budget goes on the parts specific to you — at a number agreed in writing before we start.

    Fixed before work starts

  4. 04 / 04

Built to last, and yours to keep.

Next.js, TypeScript and React Native — mainstream enough that the next developer you hire can read it without a rewrite.

    Handed over, not hosted hostage

Work, and what it changed

Interfaces we designed and built. Client results are being written up — ask and we will send the two closest to your project.

  • Ordering flowOur design
    ordering.example

Weekly pre-orders, collection slots, pay online.

  • Appointment bookingOur design
    booking.example / book

Three steps, no account, reminder by text.

  • Field-service appOur design

Jobs logged on a phone, invoiced the same day.

  • Ledger dashboardOur design
    ledger.example

Balances, movements and a running total.

For real projects — screens, scope and what changed after launch — ask, and we will send the two closest to yours.

How a project runs

Four steps, in this order, every time. You always know which one you are in and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    45 minutes

What it has to do for the business, what exists today, when you need it live. If we are not the right studio for it, we say so on the call.

    Your part: Nothing to prepare.

  2. 02

    Proposal and plan

    2 business days

One page: what we are building, what we are not, a fixed price, a start date and a launch date. Anything excluded is listed, so nothing surprises you later.

Your part: Approve it, or ask us to cut scope to fit.

  3. 03

    Design and build

    2–10 weeks

Design first, in your real content, with a live staging link to review every week. Revision rounds are in the scope, not an extra.

Your part: Weekly review, roughly 30 minutes.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    Handover included

We handle domain, hosting, analytics and store submission. You get the repository, the accounts in your name and a handover call. Anything we built that breaks, we fix free during the support window in your proposal.

Your part: Tell us the go-live date.

Priced per project, and told to you up front.

No packages — a bakery and a fintech do not need the same site. What we publish instead is how the number is made.

  • Scoped before it starts

One price for an agreed scope, in writing, before any work begins. What is included is listed, and so is what is not.

  • It moves only when scope moves

If you add something later, we tell you what it costs before we build it. The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice.

  • No overhead to fund

No offices, no sales team, no management layer to fund — so you pay for design and engineering, not overhead.

Tell us what you need and we will send a scope and a price. If the budget you have in mind does not fit the work, we will say so and suggest what to cut.

Tell us about the project

You get a written reply from one of us, not a calendar link and a brochure. If a call is easier, book one.

  1. You send thisA few lines about the business and what you need built. A link to your current site helps.
  2. A reply within 1 business dayFrom one of the two people who would build it, with a couple of questions.
  3. A scope and a priceOne page: scope, fixed price, dates. Then it is your call.

We work with clients wherever they are and answer in writing, so nothing waits on a shared calendar slot.

A link to your current site helps, if you have one.

One of us reads it and replies in writing. No mailing list, no autoresponder.
